At The Department, we are committed to providing a safe, clean workspace for our Tenants and Coworking Members.
We have implemented several measures to promote a clean workspace including:
 
    Hand sanitizers stations throughout our facility
    Increased sanitization measures & nightly sanitization of surfaces 
    Sanitary wipe-down of high touchpoint areas throughout each day
    Behavioral signage throughout our facility
    Spacing of chairs and workspaces to promote personal space
    Upgraded ventilation system to increase fresh airflow and minimize airborne transmissions
    Masks required for our service team and all building vendors.

Our current Coworking offerings include only dedicated workspaces and private offices. We have suspended adding new “flex” members in order to limit the daily number of people in our open workspace.
 
We are also not currently renting conference rooms to the public or hosting any events or gatherings.
